Who we areThe Governance and Project Management Team is responsible for driving innovative, integrated and user-centred corporate governance, and project and product management services. The Project and Product Management function works across the organisation to enhance organisational project capability, monitoring and reporting. The team will support the business to achieve the key priority projects outlined in the Corporate Plan. The team has a great culture and is always looking for ways to improve how we work.What we wantYou will be a self-starter with strong project and/or product management office experience. As the Lead, you will be responsible for managing the continuous improvement of the function and to assist the organisation to enhance its project and product management capability. This is your opportunity to build on existing project management processes and play a key role in building product management capability across the Commission. You will need new ideas, a sense of humour, and strong relationship and people management skills to be successful in the role.What the applicant needsYou will need experience in managing a project or product management office or function. The ability to communicate effectively and facilitate outcomes with internal stakeholders across the organisation is required.
