Senior Workforce Consultant, Organisational Reform

Improving the operating models of sport is a key enabler for both participation and high performance outcomes.An aligned and effective workforce is a key component of an Organisational reform. The Senior Workforce Consultant will lead business and operating model reform of workforce models within selected sports, by providing subject matter expertise in human resources structures, systems and models and developing workforce model solutions. You will provide advice on the design and delivery of best practice human resources operating models to align workforces within sports, encompassing transactional (e.g. payroll), operational (e.g. recruitment) and strategic (e.g. learning and development) frameworks.This is an exciting opportunity to combine a passion for sport and physical activity with professional expertise in people management.
