We have an exciting role available within the new Leadership and Culture stream of the People Development and Wellbeing Team.The TeamThe Leadership and Culture Team builds capability within the High-Performance sport system by supporting the development of leadership and holistic High-Performance cultures. We are passionate about the development of individuals and teams and believe that leadership and culture are key drivers of performance.About The RoleThe Leadership and Culture Consultant will work with National Sports Organisations and National Institute Partners providing leadership and expert guidance in the development of leadership and High-Performance cultures. This will include:The design and delivery of customised programs to lift team collaboration and performance within the HP system.Establishing cross-sport leadership development initiatives.Working collaboratively across the People Development and Wellbeing team to enhance synergies and promote efficiencies in the delivery of programs and products. To be successful in this role, you will have: A curious mind and a collaborative spirit.Exceptional communication and highly developed stakeholder management skills.Significant experience designing and delivering leadership and culture development programs.Demonstrated experience in implementing systemic solutions and programs to develop organisation capability.Strong project and change management skills enabling the delivery of complex projects. Position is based in Canberra - this is negotiable - and will be available as a fixed term contract for 4 years from commencement Salary = $108,243 - $127,726 per annum + up to 15.4% superannuation.
