Sport Australia is responsible for driving greater participation, engagement, and capability in Australian sport.The Marketing, Customer Insights and Analytics Division is the central coordination point for all ministerial engagement and parliamentary support functions, media and communications, insights and research, commercial and strategic partnerships and digital strategy for the organisation.As a key member of the Division’s senior leadership team, the Executive Manager provides high level strategic advice to support the General Manager in the development, delivery, and continued evaluation of the Division’s projects and services. You will lead the operations of the General Manager’s office, including managing an active calendar of appointments and oversee the delivery of financial and performance reporting for the Division against corporate and government requirements.We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following:Relevant tertiary qualifications or similar equivalent learning through demonstrated work experience in either Business, Management, Communications, Project Management. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated capacity to provide timely, compelling, and concise advice to inform the Executive and senior management to support decision making Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and ongoing tasks in areas of strategic planning, risk management, and business continuity planning. Demonstrated experience in contributing and working as part of a broader team on a variety of different projects, with a specific focus on collaboration with other functions.
